Change Photo BackgroundChange Photo Background to White, Blue or Red
Free tool to change an exam photograph's background to one plain solid colour - white, the background most government form notices ask for, or one of eleven other fills such as sky blue, dark blue and red: the candidate stays exactly as photographed, everything behind them becomes the chosen colour, and the picture keeps its own size. Processed temporarily, never stored.

Which background colour a form asks for
SSC, IBPS, UPSC, RRB and most state boards print the same line: a recent colour photograph against a plain white or light background. Some identity cards and state forms ask for a blue or a red background instead. Read the line in your notice, then pick that colour here: white is chosen to begin with, and sky blue, dark blue, red, grey, cream and six more are one tap away.
Photo background change to white, blue or red
A photo taken at home against a wall, a curtain or a street fails the notice's line; this tool keeps the person and replaces everything behind them with the one solid colour you choose. The file name carries the colour, so a white copy and a blue copy never get mixed up.
Then set the pixels and KB
The background tool keeps the picture's own size. Open the resize tool next with the width, height and KB range the notice prints - 3.5 x 4.5 cm and 20-50 KB are the common ones - and download the copy the portal will accept.
How it works
- Choose a clear, front-facing photo of the candidate.
- Pick the background colour the notice asks for - white unless it says otherwise.
- Agree to temporary processing and change the background.
- Check the edges around the hair and shoulders, then download.
Questions students ask
How do I make my photo background white for an exam form?
Upload the photo, keep White selected, agree to temporary processing, and the tool separates you from the background and fills it with plain white. Check the edges, download the copy, then resize it to the notice's pixels and KB.
Can I make the background blue or red instead of white?
Yes. Twelve solid colours are offered: white, off-white, cream, light grey, grey, pale blue, sky blue, royal blue, dark blue, red, green and black. Pick the one your notice or identity card asks for.
Does it change my face or clothes?
No. Only the background changes; you and your clothes stay as photographed. A photo in which no person can be found is refused rather than returned blank.
Photo ka background white ya blue kaise kare?
Photo upload karein, colour chunein (white pehle se chuna hai), temporary processing ke liye agree karein, aur background us rang ka ho jaata hai. Kinaare check karein, download karein, phir notice ke pixel aur KB par resize karein.
Is my photo stored on FormMantra?
No. Files are processed temporarily to produce your output and are never saved to your account.
