Privacy Policy
This policy explains what FormMantra stores, why, and what we never store. It applies to formmantra.com and the FormMantra application.
What we store
- Account: your email address and sign-in identity. Sign-in is handled by our identity provider using the standard OpenID Connect flow.
- Your details: the information you choose to save for reuse across exam forms — name, date of birth, gender, nationality, parents' or guardian's names, addresses, category and reservation details, and your education records.
- Your documents: files you upload, such as photographs, signatures and certificates, together with the prepared copies our tools generate.
- Activity needed to run the service: the exams you save or track, and records of actions taken on your account.
What we never store
FormMantra never stores the passwords, OTPs, CAPTCHA answers or payment details you use on official government portals. Those steps are always completed by you, directly with the portal. We never ask for them, and there is nowhere in FormMantra to enter them.
Why we store it
Only to provide the service you asked for: so that a form you fill later starts already populated, so your documents can be resized to an exam's exact requirements, and so you can find the openings relevant to you. We do not sell your information.
Counting visits
To know how many people use FormMantra and how fast it loads, each page you open sends our own server a short note: which page it was, how long it took to load and, for the first page of a visit, the name of the website that sent you there. We use no cookie for this and store neither your IP address nor your browser's details: the server turns them into a code that changes every day and cannot be turned back, keeps that code only until the day is over, and then keeps only the day's totals. None of it is shared with anyone else.
Advertising
FormMantra may display advertising supplied by third parties, including Google. Advertising partners may use cookies or similar technologies to show and measure ads. You can manage this through your browser settings and, for Google, through Google's own ads settings.
Your choices
You can view and change your saved details from within your account at any time, remove documents you have uploaded, and request deletion of your account. To make a request, write to us at the address on our contact page and tell us which account it concerns.
Security
Access to your details requires your authenticated account. Documents and personal details are stored on our own systems and are not shared with other students. No online service can promise perfect security, and we do not pretend otherwise — but we design to keep the sensitive material (portal credentials, OTPs, payments) out of our systems entirely.
Children
FormMantra is intended for candidates applying to government recruitment examinations and is not directed at children.
Changes
We will update this page when our practices change. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated policy.

FormMantra (also written Form Mantra) is an independent assistance platform and is not affiliated with any government authority. Always confirm every detail on the official notification before applying.
