What does FormMantra do?
FormMantra keeps the details and documents you need for government recruitment forms in one place, so you do not retype them for every exam. It helps you find current openings, and it prepares your photograph, signature and certificates to the exact pixel and file-size limits an exam demands.
Is FormMantra a government website?
No. FormMantra is an independent platform. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any government department, recruitment board or examination authority. The official notification published by the recruiting authority is always the authority.
What does it cost?
FormMantra is free to use at the moment. If charges are introduced later, the price will be shown before you are asked to pay, never after.
Will FormMantra enter my exam portal password or OTP?
Never. Signing in to an official portal, entering an OTP, solving a CAPTCHA, taking a live photograph, accepting declarations and paying the fee are always done by you. FormMantra does not store portal passwords, OTPs, CAPTCHA answers or payment details, and there is nowhere in the product to enter them.
Is anything submitted without my approval?
No. Nothing is submitted on an official portal until you have reviewed the exact form and approved it. If anything changes after you approve, the approval no longer counts and you are asked again.
Are the dates and vacancy counts on FormMantra official?
Treat them as a convenience for finding openings, not as a source of truth. Listings can be incomplete, delayed or mistaken. Confirm every date, fee and eligibility rule in the official notification before you apply or pay.
Which documents can FormMantra prepare?
Photographs, signatures and scanned certificates can be resized to an exam's required dimensions and file size. There are also free tools to combine images into a PDF, compress a PDF to a KB limit, increase a PDF's size, merge PDFs, print a name or date on a photograph, and calculate age on a cut-off date.
Which exams are covered?
Listings cover central and state government recruitment across boards such as SSC, RRB, BPSC and UPSSSC, alongside results, admit cards, answer keys and syllabus updates. New openings are added as they are published.
How do I correct or delete my data?
You can view and change your saved details from your account at any time, and remove documents you have uploaded. To have an account deleted, write to us from the email address on that account and tell us which account it concerns.
How do I find the latest government job notifications?
Open Latest Jobs on FormMantra for current openings across central and state government recruitment. Each listing links the official notification so you can verify every detail at the source.
How do I download my admit card?
Admit cards are always issued on the recruiting authority's official portal. FormMantra's Admit Cards section collects the official links as they are activated, so you reach the right page without hunting.
How do I check my exam result?
Results are declared on the official portal of the recruiting authority. FormMantra's Results section links each official result page once it is released.
Do I need to register or pay to read information on FormMantra?
No. Listings, dates and official links are free to browse without an account. A free account adds the tools - saved details, document preparation and exam tracking.
Does FormMantra conduct any examination or recruitment?
No. Examinations and recruitment are conducted only by the government authorities themselves. FormMantra is an independent platform that helps you find openings and prepare applications.
How often is FormMantra updated?
Listings are refreshed continuously from official and public sources, and each exam page shows when it was last checked. The official notification always remains the final authority.
I found a listing with wrong information. What should I do?
Please tell us. Send the exam name and, if you have it, the link to the official notification, to the address on our contact page. Corrections of this kind are genuinely useful and we act on them.
