What to include
- A listing looks wrong Send the exam name and, if you have it, the link to the official notification. Corrections of this kind are genuinely useful and we act on them.
- Something is not working Tell us what you were doing and what happened. A screenshot helps us find it faster.
- Your saved details or documents To correct or delete them, write from the email address on the account so we can verify it is you.
What we cannot do
We are not a government body. We cannot change your application on an official portal, retrieve a forgotten portal password, alter an admit card or result, or influence any recruitment decision. For those, contact the recruiting authority named in the official notification.
